To ensure timely appointments for all our patients, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with our no-show policy.

You are considered a no-show if you:
• Miss your scheduled appointment entirely without notifying our office.
• Cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice.

We request that you cancel any upcoming appointments at least 24 hours in advance.

This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need.

A fee of $30 will be charged for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.

This fee will be applied to your patient account and must be settled before you can schedule any future appointments.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We will waive the no-show fee in cases of emergencies or situations beyond your control, such as sudden illness, accidents, or severe weather.

Please notify our office as soon as possible to explain the situation and reschedule your appointment.

Patients with a history of repeated no-shows may be required to pre-pay for future appointments to secure their time slot.

In extreme cases, continued disregard for our no-show policy may result in dismissal from the practice.
